About this role
This apprenticeship offers hands-on learning in talent acquisition within the technology sector, focusing on the recruitment lifecycle for tech roles. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the team in identifying and engaging top talent for a variety of positions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include filtering CVs, conducting prescreening calls, and accompanying interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will also assist with publishing and tracking job vacancies, managing candidate records in ATS tools, and generating required reports.
You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team on both ongoing projects and initiatives you propose, fostering a proactive learning environment. This role provides direct exposure to the organizational development area, blending administrative tasks with strategic talent activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a technology student or technologist interested in building a career in human resources and organizational development. The position requires availability for occasional in-office attendance in Bogotá, with a flexible hybrid arrangement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a technology student or technologist in a field related to human resources or business administration
- Eligible to complete a university internship for a minimum of 6 months, ideally 1 year
- Interest in developing a career in the organizational area
- Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Planning and organization skills to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills for phone and in-person interactions
- Availability to attend the office in Bogotá when required
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team by filtering CVs and conducting prescreening calls
- Accompany interviews and provide support throughout the selection process
- Assist with publishing and tracking job vacancies across platforms
- Manage candidate data in ATS tools and support user creation processes
- Send required reports to the team and stakeholders
- Contribute to team projects and propose new initiatives for process improvement
- Learn about technology roles and the organizational development area
