About this role

Join Unity's new Industry Accounts Business Development Representative team, where you will help build the playbook from the ground up. You will work large, untapped territories and shape what great looks like, writing and testing messaging while uncovering new logos.

Your day-to-day involves prospecting across raw territories with multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events. You will research target accounts, build campaigns, and A/B test messaging to book discovery meetings across mid-size to large enterprise companies.

This role partners closely with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans and support events. You will qualify inbound leads, route high-intent prospects, and maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach.

You will learn how interactive 3D drives business outcomes in industries like automotive, healthcare, retail, and government. The role offers a clear path into sales, partnerships, or account management while helping turn early conversations into real revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean and English to manage stakeholder relationships across Korean markets.
  • Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow professionally.
  • Some limited travel to internal and external events.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect across large, raw territories using multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to book discovery meetings at mid-size to large enterprises.
  • Research target accounts and key decision makers, build campaigns, and write, A/B test, and refine messaging.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans, support events, and follow up promptly.
  • Track important activity such as meetings booked and conversion rates, using insights to continuously improve results.
