Serve as the voice of the brand and community by taking calls from members to encourage continued membership. Make outbound calls to upgrade or reactivate accounts of customers who canceled before. Channels may change per client requests, including inbound, outbound, reactivation, and customer service.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based service or related industry
- Excellent communication skills, quick to resolve issues with great customer service skills and high quality
- Positive energy and can-do attitude
- High regard for integrity and diligence; works efficiently with minimal supervision
- Interest or passion for Craft Beer and Wine, ideal but not essential
Responsibilities
- Take calls from members and encourage them to continue with their membership
- Make outbound calls to upgrade or reactivate accounts of customers who canceled
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media to promote subscription service and increase sales
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty
- Use persuasive sales techniques to educate customers about benefits and overcome objections
- Manage and update customer records and sales data in CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet targets and performance metrics set by clients
