We are seeking a versatile and proactive Associate Lodging Manager & Marketing Specialist. This unique hybrid role suits detail-oriented professionals balancing high-level marketing strategies with rigorous operational execution. Time splits between Supply Partnership Marketing (30%) and Lodging Partnerships Manager (70%).

In Supplier Engagement & Marketing, organize events like educational lunch-and-learns, partner showcases, webinars, and FAM trips. Manage supplier content in internal knowledge bases and execute sponsorship agreements. Broadcast partnership updates as the voice of supply to stakeholders.

As Associate Lodging Manager, lead end-to-end RFP processes, monitor responses, and resolve questions. Perform technical tasks including rate loading, auditing, and parity checks. Manage shared email aliases, Slack channels, and dedicated accounts for revenue growth.

Thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous, hyper-growth environment. Bring exceptional organization, communication, and data synthesis skills. Demonstrate confidence, good judgement, and bias toward action across business levels and supplier communities.

Requirements

  • Industry experience preferred in supplier organization of corporate or online travel agency
  • Energized and comfortable with fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels and supplier communities
  • Ability to dive into data and synthesize key learnings compellingly
  • Strong business and operational sense
  • Confidence, opinions, good judgement, and bias toward action
  • Proficiency in GDS, Thoughtspot or similar analytics platform, Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary architect for supplier engagement, organizing educational lunch-and-learns, partner showcases, webinars, and FAM trips
  • Manage and optimize supplier content within internal knowledge bases
  • Execute marketing sponsorship agreements ensuring maximum partner value
  • Broadcast partnership updates, news, and activities to internal stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end RFP process, monitoring responses, providing feedback, and resolving questions
  • Perform technical lodging tasks such as rate loading, auditing, and parity checks
  • Manage shared lodging email aliases and Slack channel for inquiries
  • Manage dedicated accounts, identifying opportunities to drive volume and revenue growth
