About this role

Lead and optimize Salesforce CRM across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and AI-enabled automation initiatives to improve customer experience, data quality, and business efficiency. Cole-Parmer India is a global provider of laboratory, industrial, and scientific products and solutions. Own and manage Salesforce CRM across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics teams. Define CRM roadmap, priorities, and platform strategy aligned with business goals. Lead Salesforce administration, automation, integrations, and platform optimization on a daily basis.

Partner with Data and Technology teams for enterprise integrations and AI initiatives. Support Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Analytics teams with workflows, reporting, dashboards, and business processes. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for CRM initiatives.

Drive CRM data governance, quality standards, validation processes, and user adoption through training and change management. Enable AI-driven insights, forecasting, personalization, and automation capabilities like Einstein and predictive analytics. Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, platform performance, and mentor CRM administrators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in CRM Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Administrator roles
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled CRM capabilities like Einstein, predictive analytics, and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of CRM data governance, architecture, and integrations
  • Experience working with ERP systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data ecosystems
  • Proven experience supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Analytics teams
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
