As Owner Relations Support Specialist you work closely with the Owner Relations Manager on maintenance coordination and inspection follow-ups. The role handles internal team communication while updating information across multiple software systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You assist with vendor sourcing and scheduling plus product sourcing and purchasing to ensure managed condos stay properly maintained and well supplied. This position maintains seamless coordination between the Owner Relations department and other teams across the company.

Extenteam operates with a hands-on founder mode leadership style and values data-driven decisions along with an emphasis on details. The small core team of 50 is supported by over 400 dedicated team members serving customers worldwide.

Requirements

Experience supporting owner relations or property management operations
Familiarity with maintenance coordination and inspection processes for rental properties
Proficiency updating records across multiple property management or SaaS platforms
Ability to manage vendor sourcing, scheduling, and product purchasing tasks
Strong attention to detail when preparing and sending owner communications

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Owner Relations Manager on client-facing support needs
Coordinate maintenance and follow up on inspections for managed properties
Handle internal team communication and update information across multiple software systems
Ensure owner communications are sent accurately and on time via email
Assist with vendor sourcing, scheduling, product sourcing, and purchasing
Ensure managed condos are properly maintained and well supplied
