About this role

Are you passionate about customer service and mobility solutions? At SIXT, we are creating a new department dedicated to providing premium solutions to our customers internationally in a remote environment.

You will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls while assisting with vehicle rental, pickup processes, and closing reservations. Technical support during key pickup and troubleshooting in the self-service section are also key parts of the role.

You will collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries and make calls to promote additional sales and improvements. The position requires availability for night shifts in a dynamic, ever-evolving work environment.

Requirements

Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
Skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts.
Collaborate effectively with other team members in an international and dynamic environment.
Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.

Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
