About this role
Decathlon Thailand is expanding its sports retail and digital commerce operations and seeks an E-Category Specialist to coordinate with territory and own digital performance of sport categories. The role drives visibility, assortment decisions, and commercial results across platforms.
You will track GMV, turnover, ROI and key KPIs while building annual plans and weekly actions aligned with global strategies. Local promotions and commercial activations are defined and executed with the marketing team to meet customer needs.
Work involves setting layouts and digital merchandising that support omnichannel experiences, ensuring product availability across store, online and order stock. Market trends and competitors are analyzed to guide assortment and manage the full product lifecycle.

Requirements
- Experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing or Merchandising
- Strong ability to read digital performance and conversion metrics
- Knowledge of SEO, content creation, assortment analysis and market analysis
- Experience with analytics tools is a plus
- Understanding of AI or machine learning is an advantage
- Collaborative, adaptable and able to work with international teammates
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving mindset
- Passion for sports and ability to work weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial success of your category, tracking GMV, turnover, ROI, and key KPIs
- Build ambitious annual plans and weekly actions aligned with global strategies
- Define and execute local promotions and commercial activations with the marketing team
- Ensure consistent and high-quality content on category pages, search results, PLPs and PDPs
- Set up layouts and digital merchandising that support SIBC and quick store strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitors to guide assortment decisions
- Manage the full product lifecycle from stock availability to end of life
