As a Performance Media Manager, you will lead digital-first media strategy and execution for complex client engagements. You will blend hands-on activation expertise with strategic thinking, thriving in a consultative, fast-evolving environment.

Reporting to Paid Media leadership, you will bridge strategy and execution by supporting media leads with insights and performance storytelling while guiding day-to-day planning, buying, and optimization across accounts. You will also provide omnichannel support across integrated programs, connecting paid digital media with broader experience, creative, strategy, and analytics efforts.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying
  • Experience ideally within an omni-channel agency environment
  • Strong blend of hands-on activation expertise with strategic thinking
  • Strong curiosity and motivation to leverage AI-enabled tools and approaches
  • Ability to thrive in a consultative, fast-evolving environment
  • Fluency in English for collaboration with teams across the Americas and occasionally Europe (for Québec-based candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital-first media strategy and execution for complex client engagements
  • Bridge strategy and execution by supporting media leads with insights, performance storytelling, and proactive recommendations
  • Guide day-to-day planning, buying, and optimization across accounts
  • Provide omnichannel support across integrated programs, connecting paid digital media with broader experience, creative, strategy, and analytics efforts
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and approaches to work smarter, faster, and more effectively
  • Manage up by delivering performance insights and recommendations to Paid Media leadership
  • Manage down by overseeing day-to-day media activation and optimization teams
