ADP is hiring a Remote Client HR Business Partner, a trusted advisor to small business clients. Use your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. This work-from-home role requires 30% travel by car to visit clients, with minimal overnight stays.
On a typical day, research, troubleshoot, and resolve client HR challenges as an HR expert supporting ADP's complex products. Make recommendations taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. Every day varies with different questions and customized solutions, keeping things interesting.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to small business clients using HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills
- Provide HR and business consultative support to client executive leaders and decision makers
- Develop and manage strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts such as Business Owner, CEO, CFO, CHRO
- Collaborate with ADP Sales, Service, Implementation teams and other functional teams to solve client problems
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client HR challenges supporting ADP's most complex products and technologies
- Make recommendations to solve client challenges taking a broad perspective
- Visit clients in person to leverage human connection of the ADP Value Proposition
- Drive year-over-year increases in customer satisfaction, client retention, reference ability, and HRBP survey results
