About this role

Designer Brands leads the footwear industry as parent to DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse and others, with nearly 675 stores and a billion-dollar digital commerce business. As NuOrder Coordinator, you'll bring seasonal assortments to life on the NuORDER B2B platform. Ensure product information, imagery, and availability are accurate for wholesale and DTC partners.

Oversee the NuORDER platform by managing product line lists and available-to-sell inventory throughout the season. Maintain data integrity from concept to lifecycle completion. Collaborate with Sales to align pre-season launches to market needs.

Partner closely with Design, Production, Photo Studio, Sales, and IT teams for polished digital line presentations. Track imagery due dates via Google Docs and load finalized high-resolution PDP assets. Report to the Supervisor, Wholesale and Vendor Compliance, with no direct reports.

Support new account onboarding, international accounts, and custom line lists for smooth launches. Assist in vendor setup, EDI, UPC execution, and process improvements. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity anchored by core values.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Highly organized with attention to detail for data accuracy
  • Familiarity with managing product assortments and imagery on B2B platforms
  • Proficiency in tracking timelines for seasonal launches and product lifecycles
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in wholesale operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the NuORDER platform, including product line lists and available-to-sell inventory
  • Ensure assortments are presented accurately and consistently throughout each season
  • Maintain data integrity as products move from concept through lifecycle completion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design, Production, and Photo Studio for line reviews and management meetings
  • Track and update Photo Studio Google Docs for imagery due dates, changes, drops, and additions
  • Load finalized high-resolution PDP imagery by colorway into NuORDER
  • Manage international accounts by coordinating product line lists, pricing, and imagery
  • Support Supervisor with onboarding new wholesale brands, including vendor setup and process improvements
