About this role
The Sr. Specialist, Payer GTM executes the payer go-to-market strategy and leads end-to-end launch of payer contract products to drive practice enrollment. Flexible with geographic location, the role supports remote work across US time zones. This position anticipates challenges and implements remedies for successful product activation.
Oversee a portfolio of payer contract products from initial contract through go-to-market launch, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and launch strategies for the Payer segment, including targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns and personalized initiatives for high-priority payers. Proactively handle ongoing growth measurement.
Lead product growth collaboration with key stakeholders like Payer Strategy, Performance, Market P/L, Corp Marketing, and Sales teams. Research strategies to understand healthcare payers and convey value-based care contract terms relevant to primary care providers. Operate in a fast-paced environment with strong initiative.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in product management or go-to-market execution
- Deep understanding of contract terms within healthcare payer products
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
- Strong initiative & bias toward action; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Suite and project management software
Responsibilities

- Proactively anticipate potential challenges and implement appropriate remedies, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables through in-market activation and growth measurement
- Develop, launch, and manage strategies for the Payer segment, including targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns and personalized marketing for high-priority payer organizations
- Proactively lead product growth focused collaboration with key stakeholders including Payer Strategy, Performance, Market P/L, Corp Marketing, and Sales teams
- Research and develop strategies to better understand and communicate with healthcare payers and convey payers’ value-based care contract terms relevant to primary care providers
- Report on campaign performance including contract signature, in-market activation, and ongoing growth measurement, drawing evidence-based insights and recommendations
- Other duties as assigned
