About this role

This is a remote senior marketing role in a shared services function supporting a growing portfolio of B2B SaaS companies. You will work across multiple businesses, each with its own product, market, buyer persona, and growth challenge. No two briefs look the same.

Get up to speed fast, form a sharp point of view quickly, and drive execution without waiting for a playbook—you will help build them. Make multiple businesses more competitive, visible, and better at generating pipeline simultaneously. Treat every project as unique fuel for impact.

Collaborate with CEOs, sales reps, designers, and web developers weekly, communicating effectively across levels. Work with designers, writers, web teams, and agencies to launch campaigns fast. Measure relentlessly and improve continuously in a fast-paced environment.

Thrive by owning the full stack: positioning, campaigns, social, and results—not handing off to specialists. Pick up unfamiliar businesses quickly with real research. Move fast without cutting corners, embracing different industries as fuel.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with strong exposure to product marketing and demand generation
  • Real product positioning experience making complex SaaS products clear and compelling to specific buyers
  • Multi-channel campaign execution including email, LinkedIn, and outbound
  • Full ownership of positioning, campaigns, social, and results—not just parts
  • Ability to form sharp growth opinions on new businesses within days based on real research
  • Experience moving fast without cutting corners across different industries and buyers
  • Strong communication with CEOs, sales reps, designers, and developers

Responsibilities

  • Build positioning and messaging frameworks for unfamiliar SaaS products that sales teams quote in calls
  • Design and run demand generation campaigns including email sequences, LinkedIn, outbound cadences, webinars, and lead nurture flows
  • Develop LinkedIn and social strategies with thought leadership, founder content, and campaign content—organic and paid
  • Own campaigns from idea to results, working with designers, writers, web teams, and agencies
  • Identify customer wins and create case studies, videos, and testimonials that shape sales conversations
  • Integrate AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity into research, content, analysis, and planning workflows
