About this role
We are looking for a seasoned B2B Product Owner to own end-to-end lifecycle of AI-led and Agentic products—from product strategy and delivery to GTM execution and client success. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, execution rigor, and commercial orientation. You will drive AI/Agentic platforms with high ownership.
Own product vision, roadmap, and execution while driving end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to GA release. Define and manage structured product backlog, ensuring release readiness with engineering, UAT, and integration. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams on features and enhancements.
Define product positioning, ICP, and differentiation strategy, owning GTM planning including pricing, packaging, and launch readiness. Act as Product Owner for key enterprise engagements, leading requirement discovery and UAT execution. Support enterprise sales with solutioning, storytelling, and domain insights for Retail and Financial Services clients.
Track adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback loops to ensure strong product adoption. Success metrics include timely high-quality product releases, GTM readiness, revenue contribution, and high client satisfaction. Balance product innovation with delivery discipline in a commercial-focused environment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Management (B2B mandatory)
- Proven experience in AI/Agentic systems/intelligent automation products
- Strong track record of shipping products from 0→1 and scaling
- Experience in enterprise client engagement and solution ownership
- Prior experience in firms like Accenture, EPAM, Deloitte, EY or similar preferred
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, and product commercialization
- Excellent stakeholder management across tech, business, and clients
- High ownership and execution mindset with commercial acumen
