Conduct online psychological counseling sessions, each 45 minutes long, hosted through our platform. Identify needs of clients facing insecurities, stress, relationship issues, or work topics like career growth. Offer individualized solutions for sustainable mental well-being.

Work within our global network of trained psychotherapists, counselors, and coaches—our nilo Experts. Join a diverse community of experienced psychologists from around the world. Participate in monthly intervision sessions to discuss cases and learn together.

Requirements

Bachelor's and Master's degree/Diploma in psychology, ideally clinical or organizational
At least three years of experience in 1-on-1 counseling (min. 800 hours)
Work only with evidence-based methods
High degree of empathy and experience helping people in difficult situations
At least 5 hours per week availability
Communicate in German Sign Language (DGS)

Responsibilities
