Requirements

• Ability to configure, order, and troubleshoot technology equipment.
• Experience conducting assessments and interpreting recommendations.
• Proven ability to design and implement training and support plans.
• Skills in inventory management and updating team resources.
• Leadership experience providing guidance and training to team members.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and specialized devices.
• Ability to coordinate referrals and reports with team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment completion and interpret recommendations.
• Complete statements of work for customers.
• Order and set up technology solutions (hardware, software, specialized devices).
• Complete training and support plans and conduct implementations for individuals and groups.
• Work with LumiCare leadership on specific processes and tool development.
• Participate in outreach to current and prospective customers.
• Provide training and guidance to new and current team members.
