We seek a passionate, high-performing Strategic Account Executive with a track record selling data-driven SaaS to large, complex organizations. This senior role focuses on enterprise accounts in Singapore, emphasizing Financial Services and Telecommunications. It demands proactive prospecting, building a 4X quota pipeline, and navigating key decision-makers.
Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing complex SaaS deals in strategic accounts. Team Tealium spans nearly 20 countries, winning together with respect for all talents and an intentional WOWs culture. The company invests deeply in team members and fosters care and connection.
This role drives growth in high-potential APAC markets, offering impact in a profitable leader with over 50 patents. Requirements
- Strong track record of selling data-driven SaaS solutions into large, complex organizations
- Consistently meets and exceeds quota in enterprise sales
- Strategic mindset with experience mentoring others and elevating the team
- Thrives on winning, highly proactive, and aggressively prospects
- Proven ability to build and maintain a 4X quota pipeline
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations to reach key decision-makers
- Focus on large enterprise accounts in Financial Services, Telecommunications, and APAC markets
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic accounts, from initial outreach through negotiation and close of complex SaaS deals
- Actively prospect into target accounts within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain a pipeline of 4X quota
- Navigate complex enterprise organizations to engage key decision-makers
- Sell data-driven CDP solutions into large enterprises in Financial Services and Telecommunications
- Develop strategic account plans to exceed quota consistently
- Mentor team members and lead by example in high-performance sales
