As a Lead Implementation Consultant - Payroll, you’ll leverage your technical background to develop tailored solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll own the delivery lifecycle for new and existing implementations, developing strong relationships. You’ll support the team with internal initiatives and innovate process improvements.
You will join the Delivery Services team of Consultants, Engineers and Architects delivering workforce management solutions to global brands in hospitality, retail and healthcare. The team values diverse perspectives and focuses on transformative solutions for thriving workplaces. Passionate individuals build best-in-class customer experiences.

Requirements
- Technical background in payroll systems and implementations
- Experience managing complex payroll projects for enterprise customers
- Knowledge of payroll best practices and technical nuances
- Ability to conduct technical workshops and validate sales requirements
- Project management skills for defining timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication
- Expertise in designing custom workforce management solutions
- Familiarity with hospitality, retail and healthcare payroll processes
- Skills in mentoring juniors and train-the-trainer approaches
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex Payroll projects for enterprise customers
- Act as a trusted advisor providing best practices, thought leadership and identifying opportunities
- Mentor and support junior team members on payroll implementation best practices and customer engagement
- Validate customer requirements through technical workshops and sessions with stakeholders
- Define and communicate project plans with timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design custom solutions
- Engage CX Engineers and delivery partners to develop custom work
- Interpret and map customer business structure to the Deputy platform
