About this role

We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Business Manager with proven experience in SaaS, AI-powered solutions, or digital innovation. This role is ideal for someone who has acquired and managed clients and understands how technology solves business challenges.

You will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and positioning our digital workforce and AI-enabled solutions to organisations across Southeast Asia. You will also support learners by sharing practical industry insights and bridging the gap between education and real-world business applications.

You will engage in consultative sales engagements with business owners, executives, and key stakeholders. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure. You will also advise clients on technology adoption and operational efficiency.

You will contribute to the growth of a vibrant ecosystem focused on digital innovation and future workforce development. This role offers the opportunity to stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and SaaS while building trusted relationships with strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, technology consulting, digital transformation, business development, innovation management, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing client accounts.
  • Experience selling or implementing SaaS platforms, AI solutions, CRM systems, enterprise software, automation tools, or digital transformation services.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions in a simple and business-focused manner.
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
  • Passionate about AI, technology, innovation, and workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities across SMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, and government organisations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements with business owners, executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation, positioning SaaS, AI, and automation solutions.
  • Advise clients on technology adoption, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and workforce capability development.
  • Build relationships with industry partners, enterprises, higher education institutions, and government stakeholders to support ecosystem growth.
