About this role
Factorial is an all-in-one HR software helping SMBs automate workflows and make better business decisions. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help take Factorial to the next level in the LATAM market.
If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, this role is perfect for you as we are building an entire business unit from scratch, offering many opportunities to take control and create your own processes. Day to day you will prospect, plan strategies, and qualify the best leads through high-volume cold calling (60-80 per day), email, digital marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
You'll research and analyze prospect information online, understand their business needs, and identify potential solutions. You will also seek out new strategic partners, manage the full sales cycle until they join our partner program, and build strong relationships with partners aligned with Factorial in the HR and tech space.
You will report directly to the Partnership Manager and senior leadership in a high-growth, multicultural environment. This role offers the chance to shape a new partnership channel and grow within a fast-moving company.
Requirements
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
- Hunter mindset: hunger for success, persistence, and energy to achieve results.
- More than 2 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Tech sales.
- More than 1 year of experience in sales or channel positions, preferably in full-cycle B2B.
- Ability to take ownership in every activity you develop.
- Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and ability to quickly empathize with people.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, plan strategies, and qualify the best leads with partners.
- Contact prospects through high-volume cold calling (60-80 daily), networking, email, digital marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Create your own strategy to research and analyze prospect information online and leverage it in sales efforts.
- Analyze business needs of prospects, understand processes, determine requirements, and identify potential solutions.
- Seek out new potential strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle until they join our partner program.
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that strategically align with Factorial in the HR and technology space.
- Constantly gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify issues and opportunities that strengthen our partnership channel.
- Report directly to the Partnership Manager and senior leadership team.
