Advance Local is hiring a Senior Sales Coordinator for a remote-based temporary position at $30/hr. You'll support sales teams and client accounts by coordinating sales activity, managing documentation, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day operations. Strengthening and empowering all of the communities we serve.

Handle daily coordination and administrative tasks for assigned sales teams and client accounts. Track account activity, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and follow-through. Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and account documentation.

Coordinate internal meetings, materials, and communications related to client accounts. Maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful account delivery.

This remote role suits those organized to manage multiple priorities in a sales support environment. Leverage proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales operations. Contribute to a media company focused on community service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of five years’ experience in sales coordination, account support, or a similar role
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
