Lakeshore is seeking a Conversions Specialist to support conversion requests that adapt educational products into customized solutions for customers. This temporary six-month role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration. Applicants should have familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions.

Daily tasks include reviewing incoming conversion requests for accuracy and completeness, and partnering with colleagues to support Lakeshore’s overall conversion strategy. The role involves developing product knowledge and analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. This ensures customer needs are met efficiently.

Requirements

Ability to work PST hours
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and administrative skills with experience in an office setting; ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and keep projects and materials well organized
Familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Reader; comfortable learning and using new technologies
Classroom experience or exposure to curriculum development is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service–oriented mindset and approach to work
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions

Responsibilities

Review and process incoming conversion requests for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines
Partner with colleagues across teams to support and grow Lakeshore’s overall strategy for product conversions
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Lakeshore offerings as well as relevant industry competitors to better support customer needs
Collect and analyze data across conversion requests to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improving products and solutions
Support the successful execution of conversion requests that adapt existing educational products into customized solutions
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all conversion-related tasks
