About this role

We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect - GSI to join our Partner Engineering department in a fully remote U.S. role. You will educate Global Systems Integrators on why network-centric application access is outdated and help them reimagine how users and applications access resources anywhere.

In this role, you will drive digital transformation by demonstrating Zscaler use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value efforts. You will develop solution offers in collaboration with partners, leveraging your technical expertise and leading cross-functional teams to onboard and support new customers.

You will serve as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler, working across sales, engineering, and product management to drive mutual success. Our culture values impact over activity, constructive debate, and high-performance teams that act with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

Educate Global Systems Integrators on driving digital transformation with Zscaler by demonstrating use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value efforts
Develop solution offers in collaboration with Global Systems Integrators by leveraging technical expertise and leading cross-functional teams
Serve as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler across sales, engineering, and product management to drive mutual success
Support enablement and solution development efforts with Global Systems Integrators to create opportunities and close new business
Partner with internal teams to ensure partners successfully onboard and support new customers
Build high-trust collaborations, adapting seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
