As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own operations for Customer Success and Solution Design and Delivery, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. You'll identify business needs, design solutions, and lead change—not just respond to requests.
This role is embedded in the business, working alongside CS and SD&D leadership on their team calls. You'll own the operational roadmap for both organizations and present your work directly to post-sales leaders.
You'll drive increased net revenue retention, reduce time to go live, and improve visibility into churn risk and expansion opportunity. Your work directly impacts Signifyd's most important post-sales metrics.
Requirements
- Experience owning operations for post-sales organizations such as Customer Success and Solution Delivery
- Proven ability to design and implement processes, systems, and analytics that drive business outcomes
- Strong Salesforce proficiency, including implementation tracking and milestone forecasting
- Analytical mindset with experience building reporting infrastructure and dashboards for leadership
- Ability to work directly with senior leaders and present recommendations with confidence
- Proactive problem-solving approach—identifying needs and leading change rather than waiting for requests
- Experience with revenue operations metrics such as net revenue retention, churn, and bookings accuracy
Responsibilities
- Own CS operations end to end: account health monitoring, renewal and expansion workflows, lifecycle process design, and book-of-business management
- Own SD&D operational infrastructure in Salesforce: implementation tracking, milestone forecasting, onboarding risk signal detection, and handoff workflows
- Build and maintain analytics and reporting infrastructure for CS and SD&D leadership, including notifications and dashboards
- Identify business needs, bring recommendations, design solutions, and lead the change across teams
- Work alongside CS and SD&D leadership, join their team calls, and own the operational roadmap for both organizations
- Drive increased net revenue retention through proactive customer health monitoring and streamlined renewal workflows
- Reduce operational overhead by automating manual recurring tasks and consolidating cross-functional signal delivery
