Integrate the Asset Care team with project engineers, execution specialists, and quoting experts. Report to the Asset Care Manager while contributing to regional margin and revenue growth through commercial development of client-installed products.

Requirements

  • Bac+2 minimum in administrative management with at least 2 years successful experience in sales administration, ideally industrial sector
  • Mastery of word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools, ideally Google suite
  • Professional English level for comprehension and written communication
  • Recognized for service mindset, reactivity, and proactivity
  • Rigor, team spirit, and flexibility indispensable

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the processing of Asset Care orders when projects are won
  • With the Asset Care coordinator, quote and produce offers for existing contracts or new clients
  • Assist in organizing and provide administrative support for work realization
  • Support reporting of service activity to the Asset Care coordinator
  • Participate in administrative tasks including document reproduction, filing, safety training planning and follow-up, service meetings, presentation formatting, supplier consultations, and GED management
