About this role
dormakaba is seeking a Manager, Strategic & Channel Partnerships based either remotely or onsite in Lexington, KY. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a network of authorized channel partners to drive revenue, market coverage, and brand presence. It serves as the primary point of contact for distributors, integrators, and resellers, ensuring alignment with company strategy, product focus, and revenue goals.
The Manager plays a critical role in partner enablement, performance management, and execution of go-to-market initiatives. This position partners with regional sales representatives to drive revenue in each geography. Daily efforts focus on channel strategies, sales growth through partner-led opportunities, and joint account planning.
Collaboration occurs cross-functionally with Marketing to execute channel programs, promotions, and campaigns. Close partnerships form with Direct Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Customer Support. Ongoing product, technical, and sales training is delivered to channel partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development
- Proven success managing and growing channel partner relationships
- Strong understanding of channel economics, pricing structures, and partner programs
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability
- Drive sales growth through partner-led opportunities and joint account planning with assigned territory sales representative
- Deliver ongoing product, technical, and sales training to channel partners
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing to execute channel programs, promotions, and campaigns
- Partner closely with Direct Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Customer Support
