Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows, founded in 1903 as the world’s largest brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® focuses on creating a better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. This remote position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team.

Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow from marketing avenues. Document and track all set appointments accurately for future customer demonstrations and pricing per company standards. Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.

Work from home in a fast-paced environment requiring a sales mindset and metrics-driven approach. Handle varying shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and until 10:30pm at least once a week. Participate in 6-8 weeks of fully remote, paid training.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Bilingual is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
Sales mindset and metrics driven
Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends
Must live in Indiana
Available to work until 10:30pm at least once a week

Responsibilities

Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via marketing avenues
Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards
Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems
Qualify leads for window and door replacement demonstrations
Set appointments with homeowners interested in Renewal by Andersen products
Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns efficiently
