About this role

This role is responsible for building and optimizing the regional training system for XPENG's northern China sales network. You will develop monthly and quarterly training plans aligned with business goals and local market characteristics.

Day-to-day, you will design and deliver blended learning programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and process improvements. This includes leading in-store training sessions, conducting field visits to coach frontline staff, and producing store visit reports to address skill gaps.

You will collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to implement national training initiatives while feeding back local needs. By analyzing training data such as coverage, pass rates, and conversion metrics, you will continuously refine training strategies to boost sales performance.

This position offers the opportunity to shape the competency of a fast-growing electric vehicle brand's retail force. You will play a key role in driving competitive advantage through targeted training interventions and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of training implementation experience in a new energy vehicle OEM or consulting firm, with preference for experience at a leading new energy startup
  • Familiarity with new energy vehicle products, technology, and business processes
  • Ability to develop courses and deliver training sessions
  • Strong goal-driven mindset with excellent communication, operational management, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly and quarterly training plans based on regional business goals and sales store needs
  • Create and update course content on product knowledge, sales techniques, sales processes, and scripts to align with company strategy and product iterations
  • Design and implement blended training programs including classroom sessions, hands-on drills, and digital learning platforms
  • Organize and lead training activities for stores in the region, covering product knowledge, sales processes, and policy communication
  • Conduct regular store visits to coach frontline staff on work standards and address skill gaps, producing store visit reports
  • Establish training assessment mechanisms such as written tests, practical exams, and satisfaction surveys to track skill improvement and performance impact
  • Analyze training data including coverage, pass rate, and conversion rate, and produce evaluation reports to optimize future training strategies
  • Monitor regional automotive market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to adjust training priorities and reinforce brand differentiation
