About this role

This remote internship opportunity invites talented individuals to join Abhyaz as Course Architecture Interns. You will play a key role in developing high-quality virtual learning materials that support organizational growth and strategic training initiatives.

Daily tasks include implementing e-learning methods on the platform and creating new course and workshop templates. You will also establish an e-learning development center in Moodle while producing engaging content such as videos, quizzes, and H5P activities.

Interns collaborate closely with managers, mentors, and HR teams to analyze development needs and attend discussions on training ideas. This environment fosters knowledge sharing and supports the execution of innovative techniques with result evaluation.

The 4-8 week program requires 10-15 hours weekly on real-time projects. Mentors provide guidance throughout, with weekly deliverables reviewed and graded. Exceptional performance may lead to full-time offers, and work is published in an online portfolio.

Responsibilities

Implement various methods for e-learning and online training in the platform
Create new course templates, workshop templates and test them in the platform
Analyze and evaluate organizational and individual development needs
Establish an e-learning development center in Moodle
Create engaging training course content including videos, quizzes, activities, and H5P
Conduct skills gap analyses company wide
Set learning objectives for each course and determine evaluation criteria
