About this role
Circle Medical is a virtual-first primary care organization seeking a highly analytical, growth-minded Senior Product Manager to own and accelerate patient acquisition. This role sits at the very top of the funnel, ensuring patients who need care can find us, trust us, and book with us frictionlessly.
You will own the roadmap for circlemedical.com and all patient-facing landing pages with a relentless focus on conversion and organic search performance. You'll partner with engineering and design to build fast, accessible web experiences, and collaborate with marketing to improve SEO and drive conversion optimization across the booking flow.
Our distributed team across the United States and Canada brings together clinicians, technologists, and operators who share a commitment to making high-quality healthcare delightful, personal, and accessible. You'll work hand-in-hand with clinical teams to launch new areas of care that expand our addressable patient base.
Every percentage point improvement you drive in organic traffic, booking conversion, or new channel performance translates directly into thousands of new patients gaining access to high-quality, affordable primary care. This role blends deep product craft with growth strategy, offering significant impact on patient acquisition.
Requirements
- Highly analytical and growth-minded with a track record of driving patient or user acquisition
- Deep experience in product management, particularly in growth and conversion optimization
- Proven ability to run structured experimentation programs (A/B tests, multivariate tests, qualitative research)
- Strong understanding of SEO and organic search performance, including AI-driven search environments
- Experience partnering with engineering and design to build fast, accessible web experiences
- Ability to translate patient intent and hesitation into product improvements
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with clinical and marketing teams
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for circlemedical.com and all patient-facing landing pages with a relentless focus on conversion, trust-building, and organic search performance
- Partner with engineering and design to build fast, accessible, high-quality web experiences that perform in both traditional and AI-driven search environments
- Improve Circle Medical's organic search presence by collaborating with growth marketing and executing a strategy to build search authority in primary care
- Own conversion rate optimization across the full patient booking funnel, from landing page through completed appointment booking
- Run a structured, high-velocity experimentation program including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and qualitative research to systematically reduce friction
- Partner with clinical and marketing to produce medically accurate, SEO-optimized content that builds patient trust and drives organic traffic
- Translate patient intent and hesitation into product improvements such as clearer insurance acceptance communication, easier provider search, and updated timeslot selection UI
