As an Upsell Outbound Sales Development Representative, drive growth across ANZ customer base through proactive outreach and targeted upsell strategies. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and reignite conversations with dormant customers. Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Development Manager.

Requirements

- Comfortable conducting discovery calls via phone and other channels
- Ability to maintain detailed records in CRM tools
- Aptitude for personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn
- Alignment with Remote First and asynchronous communication
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify outbound upsell opportunities within existing customers through personalised outreach
- Re-engage disengaged accounts to identify renewed interest or expansion potential
- Collaborate with Account Executives to progress and close deals with seamless handover
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline within assigned customer segment
- Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to surface expansion signals and uncover pain points
- Research existing accounts to uncover expansion opportunities and identify key stakeholders
- Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn to drive interest in additional products
- Conduct engaging discovery calls to understand needs and align solutions
