ADP is hiring a Director, Client Success for HRO Comprehensive Services in the UpMarket space. The role leads a team of Relationship Managers and executes strategies focused on retention, NPS, and key performance metrics. The selected candidate must be located in the Pacific Northwest and will work 100% remote.

Daily responsibilities include cultivating relationships with peers across ADP while driving employee engagement and managing to a standard of excellence. You will understand business metrics in context and step in to support clients on critical needs when required. Building both internal and external relationships remains central to shaping client retention outcomes.

The position operates within a close-knit team environment that values collaboration and belonging. You will act as a coach who invests in developing associates and becomes curious about ADP's broader business. Objectivity and the ability to see alternate perspectives help navigate the fast-paced setting.

This role offers exposure to learning across ADP's offerings through the variety and complexity of clients served. Balancing multiple priorities while staying organized in a changing environment creates opportunities for a varied career path within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience leading people directly or indirectly with a history of improvement and productivity
  • Proven ability to look objectively at situations and see alternate perspectives
  • Strong client focus with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and partner
  • Capacity to balance multiple priorities and stay organized in a changing environment
