The Clinical Administrator supports the clinical team with scheduling, attendance, data collection, technology issues, and project-based tasks. This part-time role maintains efficiency to deliver the best possible care to clients. You'll play a critical role in virtual group sessions and client interactions.

Work remotely with reliable technology and WiFi, communicating via Slack, Zoom, and other cloud tools. Collaborate with clinicians, care teams, clients, and families to address absences, tech difficulties, or concerns. Availability is needed Monday-Thursday afternoons/evenings MT, with weekends preferred.

Requirements

  • W2 part-time role requiring minimum 10 hours/week availability
  • Availability Monday-Thursday 3-8pm MT (highly preferred) or 10-2pm MT; Friday/Saturday highly preferred
  • Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Access to reliable technology resources and WiFi for remote work
  • Previous expertise working with wide range of ages including children, teens, young adults, and adults in individual and group settings (highly preferred)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools including Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, EMR
  • Limited proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Open groups and ensure technical setup for day's expected clients
  • Provide virtual interaction with clients, welcoming them to group and answering questions
  • Facilitate client and group facilitator virtual entry during treatment sessions
  • Monitor group attendance and contact any absent clients
  • Verify and publish group attendance for all days and times of treatment
  • Communicate client absences, technological difficulties, or clinical concerns with relevant team members, clients, and families
  • Provide clients and families with calendar invitations and text reminders to treatment sessions
  • Administer surveys and track alumni or family groups as needed
