Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across retail, leisure, and tech-adjacent sectors. Launch, serve, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive app installs. Proactively engage customers and agencies in conversations about digital media and CTV advertising.

Develop strategic account plans for revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams for seamless campaign execution. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize results.

Act as trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and industry insights. Leverage AI tools to speed up optimizations and amplify impact. Provide mentorship to junior account managers while embracing Pinterest's Pinflex flexibility.

Requirements

  • Expertise in performance marketing and CTV advertising
  • Experience managing key client accounts in digital media
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and retention
  • Knowledge of media buying, optimization, and MMP attribution
  • Familiarity with UA metrics for gaming brands and app installs
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide optimization insights
  • Experience engaging agencies and clients on CTV campaigns
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools for campaign optimizations

Responsibilities
