About this role

This role supports a national healthcare services organization specializing in specialty infusion and patient-centered care. The contracting and business development executive is stretched thin across multi-state initiatives, requiring an independent assistant to run backend operations.

The assistant will independently manage Salesforce CRM hygiene, Power BI reporting, market analysis, and SOP documentation. They will also organize multi-state contracts and prepare executive-ready deliverables to keep operations moving smoothly.

Working remotely and reporting to the client via Magic, the assistant will partner with the executive during organizational revamps. They will provide reliable, proactive support to ensure the executive can focus on high-value, revenue-generating work.

With active revamps underway across partner organizations, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact. The assistant will help structure complex payer and contract data while maintaining data hygiene and completeness.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on Power BI experience including report pulling, basic DAX/Power Query, and dashboard refresh/QA.
  • CRM operations experience; Salesforce strongly preferred or demonstrable ability to learn quickly.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including lookups, pivots, and data cleanup.
  • Strong data hygiene discipline and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or operations assistant working autonomously and handling confidential documents.
  • Experience organizing and indexing multi-state contracts and tracking key terms.

Responsibilities

  • Update contacts, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce; maintain data hygiene and completeness.
  • Track pipeline stages, notes, and activities; ensure timely follow-ups and accurate metadata.
  • Pull recurring and ad-hoc Power BI reports; refresh datasets and validate numbers against source data.
  • Organize and index multi-state contracts; standardize naming and folder structures.
  • Compile market research, payer comparisons, and competitor snapshots for executive presentations.
  • Build executive-level PowerPoint decks with clear narratives and visuals.
  • Partner with the executive during organizational revamps to capture requirements and updates.
