The Regional Sales Manager at AM Innovations drives profitable sales of Alside and Gentek windows to distribution, national accounts, and window dealers in a defined territory. This remote role from a home office involves heavy travel to increase market penetration and build customer relationships.
Day-to-day focuses on meeting sales growth targets, strengthening supplier-customer ties through regular contact, and providing exceptional service like product training, marketing support, and issue resolution. Managers maintain competitive pricing expertise and use technology for effective customer communication. They also deliver visual and verbal presentations while tracking detailed customer data.
Work in an environment where ideas and input are valued, providing immediate impact on company goals. Collaborate with Regional VP Direct Sales via weekly progress reports. Enhance customer experience across the territory to capture more of their overall spend in AM Innovations products.

Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales performance in the building materials industry, wholesale sales of vinyl, wood or aluminum windows preferred
- Demonstrated sales ability in closing prospective accounts and developing new business
- Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Demonstrated proficiency and success in building a sales territory
- Willing to travel up to 70% of the week
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed company expectations for profitable growth in sales and gains in market share
- Deliver high quality territory and customer relationship management with sufficient contact
- Provide exceptional service and support to existing customers including product training, marketing support, and problem resolution
- Develop and maintain expertise in competitive pricing to ensure customers are competitively priced
- Utilize technology to effectively communicate with customers and ensure sufficient contact
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and deliver effective presentations
- Maintain detailed customer data files including program agreements and pricing
- Submit weekly reports of sales growth progress to Regional VP Direct Sales
