We're looking for a high-impact Senior Product Manager to help execute our product vision and drive the development of meaningful, customer-focused solutions. In this role, you serve as the critical link between business strategy and technical execution. You translate high-level product goals into actionable development plans, own the product backlog, and lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely feature delivery. You also partner with stakeholders and development teams to maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with business leadership to define product vision and strategic priorities. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria for high-quality delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex industrial software systems.

Experience owning and managing product backlogs with clear prioritization.
Ability to define user stories and acceptance criteria for high-quality delivery.
Experience partnering with business leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leadership to define product vision, strategic priorities, and investment opportunities across industrial software platforms.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and company growth objectives.
Translate high-level product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and development tasks that guide team execution.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and consistent alignment with evolving business needs.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to define clear, actionable user stories and establish well-defined acceptance criteria.
