The Allied Travel Clinician Recruiter, known as an Allied Advocate, is the key driver of growth by educating and building relationships with clinicians, deeply understanding their goals to facilitate placements aligned with those desires.
They independently source and place allied clinicians onto travel assignments and manage a working staff portfolio. Daily tasks include conducting multiple intake calls to gather detailed information on goals and constraints, then pitching relevant opportunities from thousands of jobs, using independent insight to evaluate qualifications and suitability.
The Advocate is part of a high-growth Allied Advocate team, contributing positively to team culture and surfacing productive feedback. This role requires a broad understanding of allied roles and how their credentialing is distinct, allowing them to independently solve problems and create opportunities as they arise.
Through fostering relationships and advocating for clinicians, the Advocate delivers an exceptional working experience. This role meaningfully contributes to Trusted's growth and revenue targets, underpinned by support from top institutional investors and healthcare innovators, making them the key driver of growth at Trusted.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of allied health roles and how those roles and associated credentialing are distinct.
- Ability to independently source and place allied clinicians onto travel assignments.
- Proficiency in gathering detailed information on clinicians' goals, desires, and constraints during intake calls.
- Strong judgment to evaluate qualifications and suitability for placement, drawing from prior experience.
- Willingness to become proficient in Trusted's systems, processes, and tools within 30 days.
- Positive contribution to team culture with a habit of surfacing productive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Independently source and place allied clinicians onto travel assignments.
- Independently manage a working staff portfolio, delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience while contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targets.
- Utilize independent insight and discretion during multiple daily intake calls to gather detailed information on clinicians' goals, desires, and constraints, then pitch relevant opportunities.
- Draw from prior experience and exercise judgment to evaluate clinicians' qualifications and suitability for placement.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in the systems, processes, and tools used to engage job seekers and manage end-to-end job search workflows.
- Contribute positively to team culture and regularly surface productive feedback that impacts organizational growth.
- Provide emergency phone line coverage for one week-long shift per year.
