About this role

Support the IEEE Xplore Analytics team by analyzing website usage data, creating reports and visualizations, and identifying trends that inform business decisions. Assist with data automation projects as needed. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required, with familiarity in BI tools like PowerBI, Looker, Qlik Sense, or Tableau a plus.

Analyze website metrics and prepare reports on usage patterns. Collaborate with technical teams on data requirements and specifications. Create charts and visualizations tailored for presentations to stakeholders.

Communicate insights clearly to various audiences within the organization. Work independently while multitasking in a tech-savvy environment proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and organizational skills support collaboration across teams.

Contribute to business decisions through data-driven findings and trend identification. Build experience with advanced Excel, Google Sheets/Slides, and data-driven PowerPoints. Engage with analytics tools and website data in a professional IEEE setting.

Requirements

  • Rising Senior or recent grad with a Bachelor’s degree in business, data, or related analytical fields
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools and Adobe Analytics
  • Creating data-driven PowerPoints
  • Google Sheets/Slides proficiency
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
