As a Remote Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in the Business & Consumer Insights & Analytics department based in Sydney (Tempe), with the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid.

Your day-to-day involves analyzing consumer and business data to uncover insights that drive better decisions for our customers and the organization. You will work with large datasets, create reports and visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that support our vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Familiarity with consumer insights and market research methodologies
  • A passion for home furnishing and understanding customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer and business data to generate actionable insights
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and consumer insights
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and sales data
  • Contribute to product and service improvements based on data-driven recommendations
  • Support the development of analytics models and methodologies
