About this role

Join 3F Occitanie, a subsidiary of Groupe 3F managing over 9,700 social housing units, as a Leasing Assistant. You will be responsible for attributing available housing promptly while upholding company procedures and values. This role directly contributes to the agency's commercial performance and represents 3F to reservers and potential clients.

You will work closely with reservers to collect candidate applications and prepare files for the Attribution Committee. As the primary contact for future tenants, you guide them through the process until their move-in. Your organizational skills ensure timely and efficient housing assignments.

Requirements

  • Bac+2 degree (e.g., BTS Professions Immobilières) or significant experience in similar functions, ideally in social housing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with reservers and tenants.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and reactivity.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work transversally with different stakeholders.
  • Perfect mastery of Microsoft Office (ideally Ulis NG software).
  • Proven writing skills for preparing candidate files and correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Attribute available housing units promptly while ensuring compliance with company procedures and values.
  • Contribute to the agency's commercial performance by managing the leasing process.
  • Represent 3F to reservers and potential clients, maintaining a positive image.
  • Work closely with reservers to collect and organize candidate applications.
  • Prepare candidate files for presentation to the Attribution Committee.
  • Serve as the primary contact for future tenants from application through move-in.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient housing assignments.
