In this leadership role within Asset Owner Solutions, you will manage a team of 10–20 fund accounting professionals, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will provide technical and operational leadership, oversee service delivery, and ensure high-quality outputs aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, optimize resource allocation, and execute strategic initiatives while guiding your team through performance management and process improvements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related fields
  • 1–2 years in a leadership role managing a team of professionals
  • Strong expertise in fund accounting processes and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Experience with resource planning, workload allocation, and process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of fund accounting professionals, setting performance objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting career development and talent decisions
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and client-specific governance standards
  • Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues, leading discussions and resolving challenges with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive operational efficiency through resource planning, workload allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Execute strategic and operational priorities by implementing team initiatives, supporting change management, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks
