About this role
This is a remote position as Partnership Executive focused on remote sales with an advisor track. Fusion Growth Partners invests capital, staff, and infrastructure into residential real estate agents' businesses to help them scale from solo producer to enterprise. You sell growth funding with no out-of-pocket cost backed by a proven model.
In phase one you prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through outbound outreach and structured Zoom conversations. You guide high-earning real estate professionals through detailed evaluation of the investment model. Close rates at the final deal stage exceed 50 percent.
As your book grows the role evolves into board-level advisory and portfolio management. You run strategy meetings, drive accountability, and influence strong-willed entrepreneurs to take actions that benefit their businesses. Sophistication matters in guiding patient long-term decisions.
The path allows building your own business division within Fusion. You can become a contract negotiator, build a consulting portfolio generating recurring revenue-share income, or lead your own division as vice president with overrides on every client.
Requirements
- Wired to prospect, pitch, and close deals while acting as a trusted business advisor
- Sophisticated enough to influence strong-willed, high-income entrepreneurs
- Genuinely loves the hunt including calls, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Able to guide partners through detailed evaluation of a revenue-growth model
