Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience in the tourism/travel sector; corporate or global environments highly preferred
  • Ability to build immediate rapport over the phone and mastery of proactive sales closing techniques
  • Currently reside in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Cancun or surrounding areas
  • High motivation for competitive commission structures and professional growth
  • Private, distraction-free workspace (verification required during process)
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload), preferably via Ethernet cable
  • Proven experience working remotely under target-based objectives with discipline, punctuality, and high productivity
