The Channel Account Manager builds and promotes Arctic Wolf’s position as the worldwide leader in Security Operations through the partner community in the assigned territory. You will manage reseller partnerships, spearhead new business development, and achieve sales, revenue, and partner recruitment objectives. Motivate, educate, and train partners on offerings, services, and go-to-market strategies.

Work with smart teammates in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment focused on real customer outcomes. Coordinate company resources including support, service, and management to meet partner performance objectives. Foster excellent communication to manage channel conflict and drive territory growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in seat as a CAM, or relevant experience as a CDM
  • Proven record of success with 3+ years channel sales and territory management in infrastructure, networking or security sectors
  • Experience building business and marketing plans with partners
  • Experience with the Distribution channel model
  • Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close
  • Required to travel 20-30% of the time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Select Partner level accounts
  • Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet partner objectives
  • Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and updating Salesforce
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones
  • Manage potential channel conflict through excellent communication and adherence to Arctic Wolf’s channel program guidelines
  • Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners
