About this role

The Account Services Specialist focuses on client servicing and stakeholder management in a dynamic digital agency. Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients. Communicate and respond to customers through various channels while ensuring satisfaction.

Handle day-to-day project management by delivering administrative tasks with due diligence. Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshoot challenges, and escalate concerns as needed. Facilitate consolidation of documents and materials to fulfill client requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to address inquiries and provide administrative support to Account Managers. Immerse in a supportive atmosphere with uplifting mentors and teams. Vibe through monthly employee programs and events while getting recognized for wins.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Willing to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere otherwise
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and initiating solutions for project challenges
  • Strong organizational skills for administrative tasks and document consolidation
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams on client needs

Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Communicate and respond to customers through various channels
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professionally handle customer concerns
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and inquiries
  • Facilitate consolidation of required documents and materials for client requirements
  • Consistently update customer and account information in the internal system
  • Deliver daily administrative tasks with due diligence
  • Troubleshoot project challenges, initiate solutions, and escalate concerns to appropriate parties
