Requirements

Curious mindset motivated to learn and grow, with commitment to personal development
No prior experience required; humility, hard work, and willingness to develop matter more than a full resume
Strong English and German skills for effective team communication
Enrolled as a student for at least one more year and able to work 20 hours per week
Resident in Germany

Responsibilities

Independently manage and maintain the entire sales pipeline, including qualification, follow-up, and clean documentation of customer communication
Maintain and optimize CRM and documentation processes to ensure high data quality
Support preparation and execution of sales campaigns
Conduct market analyses, experiments, and data analyses to identify new business potentials and process optimization
Contribute to general operational topics to actively shape dynamic processes and promote growth
Plan, prepare, and follow up on internal and external meetings
