Requirements
- Curious mindset motivated to learn and grow, with commitment to personal development
- No prior experience required; humility, hard work, and willingness to develop matter more than a full resume
- Strong English and German skills for effective team communication
- Enrolled as a student for at least one more year and able to work 20 hours per week
- Resident in Germany
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and maintain the entire sales pipeline, including qualification, follow-up, and clean documentation of customer communication
- Maintain and optimize CRM and documentation processes to ensure high data quality
- Support preparation and execution of sales campaigns
- Conduct market analyses, experiments, and data analyses to identify new business potentials and process optimization
- Contribute to general operational topics to actively shape dynamic processes and promote growth
- Plan, prepare, and follow up on internal and external meetings
