As we launch Transaction Coordination Services as a new offering, we are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Director to build and run this national operation from the ground floor. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large, distributed team of transaction coordinators and virtual assistants supporting hundreds of thousands of real estate agents nationwide.

This is not a behind-the-desk management role. We need a leader who is in the weeds—coaching the team, solving problems in real time, and driving operational excellence across the board. You will manage and optimize a robust network of virtual assistants across multiple markets and time zones.

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for someone who has built and managed high-performing TC teams and understands the complexity, pace, and precision that residential real estate transactions demand. You will be central to scaling our model nationally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and managing high-performing transaction coordination teams
  • Deep understanding of the complexity, pace, and precision of residential real estate transactions
  • Experience managing a distributed team including virtual assistants across multiple time zones
  • Ability to operate within Eastern or Atlantic time zones and be available during standard business hours
  • Demonstrated success in developing scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs
  • Track record of coaching team members and driving operational excellence
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-the-weeds leadership capacity

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a large team of transaction coordinators and virtual assistants across multiple markets and time zones
  • Oversee the full transaction coordination lifecycle from contract to close for residential real estate clients
  • Manage and optimize the performance of a distributed VA workforce, including hiring, training, quality control, and accountability systems
  • Build and refine scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs to support team performance and consistent client experience
  • Monitor team performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement coaching and training programs
  • Serve as the operational leader driving the launch and scaling of the new Transaction Coordination Services offering
