As a Sales Specialist, acquire and manage your own client base of caregivers while benefiting from attractive commissions. Positions available in Gdansk or remotely from Poland starting immediately.
No cold calling required; advise interested caregivers and build your own pipeline. Discuss care assignments, support transitions and emergencies, and manage your caregiver base as their main point of contact. Maintain regular contact, conduct satisfaction surveys, and provide conflict resolution best practices.
Collaborate closely with international teams and share constructive feedback to improve processes and customer experience. Enjoy a beautiful office in Gdansk with flexibility for 2 days per week if nearby, or fully remote if outside the area. Additional locations in Berlin, Bonn, Lithuania, Romania, and Poland offer change of scenery.

Requirements
- Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care
- Enjoy making phone calls and easily convince caregivers to join marta with a friendly demeanor
- Personable, open, and communicative personality
- Winner’s mentality: ready to learn quickly, push things forward, and go the extra mile
- Speak either Croatian or Polish fluently (C2) and either good English or German (>B2)
- Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline
- Discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies
- Independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment
- Maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist
- Provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers
- Collaborate closely with international teams
- Provide constructive feedback based on experiences to improve internal processes and customer experience
