About this role

LendingTree is seeking a Business Analyst to support its fast-growing Revenue Operations group. This role delivers actionable insights through strong analytical execution, clear storytelling, and close business stakeholder partnerships. It emphasizes analytics delivery, business partnership, and technical proficiency in SQL/Snowflake.

You will independently own analyses for a defined business area, assess problems, collect and analyze data, and translate findings into insights driving measurable outcomes. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to discover and remove operational bottlenecks. Perform deep analysis into technical systems and build reports that give clarity.

Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Revenue Operations group, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives. Conduct detailed audits of tech platforms to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand data structures and resolve questions.

Support strategic innovation projects by providing ongoing performance analysis and insight. Track and evaluate business initiatives, support A/B tests with success metrics, and establish KPIs for campaign success. Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in SQL/Snowflake for querying and analyzing complex datasets
  • Experience delivering actionable insights through analyses, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Ability to assess business problems and select appropriate data and analytical methods
  • Partnership experience with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations stakeholders
  • Skills in identifying performance patterns, trends, anomalies, and providing recommendations
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, defining success metrics, and interpreting results
  • Capability to audit technical platforms and ensure data accuracy and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven insights using clean, well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign and partner performance and translate into recommendations
  • Assess business situations, define analytical problems, and determine appropriate data and methodology
  • Serve as primary analytics partner for Revenue Operations group supporting decisions and initiatives
  • Conduct detailed audits of tech platforms to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies
  • Track and evaluate results of business initiatives to determine success
  • Support development, execution, and analysis of A/B tests including defining metrics
  • Write efficient, accurate SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and analyze large datasets
